Our Before and After Photo Gallery

If you’re considering orthodontic treatment, but just cannot imagine yourself with straight teeth, take a look through our Before and After Photo Gallery.

Our doctors, Dr. Mackley, Dr. Esplin, and Dr. Spackman have provided orthodontic care to patients with a wide variety of alignment problems and have successfully transformed teeth in even the most complicated cases.

Crossbite

A crossbite is when any of the upper teeth sit significantly inside or outside the lower teeth. This can cause problems with chewing.

Deep bite/Overbite

A deep bite, also known as an overbite, occurs when the upper front teeth overlap significantly over the lower teeth. The biting edges of the upper teeth can touch the gum tissue of the lower front teeth, and the lower teeth may touch the roof of the mouth.

Underbite

When the lower teeth and jaw sit in front of the upper teeth, it is called an underbite. This is often caused by a misalignment of the jaw.

Crowding

Crowding occurs when there is not enough room in the jaw for all the teeth, and teeth overlap with each other. Crowded teeth wear unevenly and are difficult to keep clean.

Spacing

Spacing is when there is too much space between some or all the teeth and it can be caused by many things: tongue-thrusting, missing or abnormally small teeth, and many other causes.
