Dr. Mark Mackley has extensive experience and passion for helping to create beautiful healthy smiles. He graduated magna cum laude from Creighton School of Dentistry in 1996.
His dedication to his patients is apparent in every aspect of treatment, from the atmosphere of the office to the members of the team to his complete attention to you in his office. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has the expertise to provide nearly all dental services at one convenient location. Your comfort and experience are his highest priority.
With 11 children, he understands the needs and challenges of families and recognizes how valuable their health and well-being are. Some of his favorite family activities are working on the farm, riding horses or motorcycles, and playing soccer or basketball. He has deep faith in God and in the future. He credits his wife for most of his success and happiness. She is his hero!
Dr. Mackley continues the family tradition of comprehensive dental care that his father started in North Ogden more than 50 years ago. His membership in the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry and learning from other specialists are just some of the ways he stays involved and aware of the newest and most advanced dental health care options available to give you an exceptional experience.
Dr. Neal Esplin is a specialist in Pediatric Dentistry. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Brigham Young University and completed Dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond Virginia.
After Dental School Dr. Esplin completed specialty and residency training in Pediatric Dentistry through NYU Langone Hospitals in Tucson, AZ.
He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and serves on the board for certification of Certified Medical Illustrators as one of two health care professionals.
Dr. Esplin enjoys spending time with his wife and eight children. When life affords a few extra minutes, he can be found drawing, painting, and gardening.
Dr. Kyle Spackman is a Utah native and is happy to be back working with the people he loves. After serving a church mission in Louisiana, he came back to northern Utah to earn his degree at Utah State University, where he married his high school sweetheart. He completed his dental training at Ohio State University (where he was brainwashed to be a Buckeye). He is thrilled to be back in Utah with his wife and four children.
Dr. Spackman loves working with the whole family; yes even your 3-year-old. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry: general restorations, crowns and bridges, endodontics, Invisalign, and oral surgery.
Outside of the dental office, you will find Dr. Spackman spending time with his family, playing sports, or working on his hobby of designing board games.

McKinsey grew up on a dairy farm in Honeyville and graduated from Box Elder High School. She has been working in the dental field for 12 years—first as a dental assistant, and then she went on to graduate from Fortis College with a dental hygiene degree. She has one little girl and two dogs that keep her busy. The thing she loves most about her job is making her patients laugh and sending them out the door with a clean healthy smile.
Becky attended Weber State University and received her bachelor's degree in dental hygiene. Becky grew up in North Ogden and currently lives in Pleasant View with her husband and two children. She has worked in the dental field for 21 years and has been a hygienist for 17 of them. She enjoys working as a hygienist because she loves interacting with her patients and helping them achieve a healthy smile.
Heather grew up in Box Elder County and attended Bridgerland College where she became a certified dental assistant. She graduated from Weber State University in 2006 with her bachelor's degree in dental hygiene. Heather and her family lived in Shanghai China for close to 7 years where she and her husband opened a bakery and started a publishing company. They experienced a lot of crazy adventures in China including learning Mandarin before coming back to Utah. Heather is a mother to five adorable children. If she gets any spare time Heather enjoys baking (especially sourdough), trying new Indian food recipes, knitting, reading, and writing. Heather loves her interactions with patients and helping them to develop healthy habits. She absolutely adores working at Perry Dental and loves the team of dentists, assistants and office staff!
